## Description

Tesla Rides is a Tesla rental service serving Chicago and its surrounding area, with seven pickup locations, including O’Hare and Midway airports. Customers can reserve a vehicle at a standard location or request delivery to a home, office, hotel, or airport, subject to the service area. Free delivery is offered on rentals lasting more than three days.

The booking process lets renters select pickup and return locations, dates, and times, then view available vehicles for their chosen period. After choosing a Tesla, customers provide their contact and driver details; the company sends an email for signing and payment. Vehicle availability and delivery options depend on the location and rental dates.

Tesla Rides emphasizes convenience through touchless check-in and checkout, and says its vehicles are washed, cleaned, and hand-detailed before rental. The company also highlights exclusive vehicle allocation and the option to select a vehicle with custom upgrades. It states that all Tesla rentals are equipped with Full Self-Driving. Since 2021, Tesla Rides reports having served more than 1,000 customers.
