# tesorillo.com - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `tesorillo.com` ## Description Tesorillo.com is an educational website devoted to numismatics and the history of the ancient world. Created as a work of public outreach rather than a commercial business, it presents information for readers interested in ancient coins and the cultures that produced them. Its extensive resources describe more than 3,000 ancient coins and include dedicated sections on Roman, Greek, Byzantine, Iberian, and other cultural coinages. Visitors can explore material on Roman coins from the Republic through the Late Empire, a guide to identifying bronze coins of the Late Roman Empire, and visual catalogues covering topics such as countermarks in ancient Hispania and festivals of Isis in fourth-century Rome. The site also offers articles, books, glossaries, historical notes, and numismatic games, alongside information about counterfeit ancient coins and a catalogue of fake Iberian coins. Tesorillo.com is associated with Manuel Pina and has been online since January 2002. The site explicitly asks visitors not to send requests for coin valuations or purchases, reinforcing its educational focus. ## Industries - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 History _(under Science and Education)_ ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Buddha Gold | #c4ba04 | accent | | Navy Blue | #000080 | dark | | Manz | #e6f075 | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
