Their flagship initiative, Okay to Say™, encourages dialogue and treatment for mental illnesses, increasing the possibility of recovery.

MMHPI operates several Centers, including The Hackett Center for Mental Health, which focuses on integrating mental health care into schools and workplaces, and the Trauma & Grief Center, which provides support for individuals affected by traumatic events.
