The Future Was 8bit (TFW8b) is a vibrant UK-based brand dedicated to reviving classic 8-bit computing experiences. Founded in 2012 by a passionate retro enthusiast, TFW8b emerged from the need for quality products like SD2IEC PCBs for vintage computers, particularly the Commodore 64. TFW8b combines a love for retro technology with modern convenience, providing an online shopping experience with various payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay. Their commitment to quality ensures that every product is meticulously crafted and tested. With a small team of like-minded individuals, TFW8b continues to grow and innovate, shipping products worldwide daily via DHL Express while supporting the nostalgic community of retro computing enthusiasts.
