Described as a progressive lending library, each box moves from participant to participant, arriving filled with a changing assortment of components that may be useful, unusual, or simply intriguing. Members can look through the contents, keep items they can use, and contribute components from their own collections before passing the box along. The project combines the spirit of peer-to-peer sharing with the discovery of a flea market, encouraging curiosity, reuse, and participation in electronics and do-it-yourself projects. TGIMBOEJ provides online resources to help people take part, including guidance on joining or starting a box, box tracking, requests, and frequently asked questions. Its wiki also supports community contributions, with pages that participants can create and edit through a registered account. TGIMBOEJ is sponsored by Evil Mad Science LLC, a supplier of DIY and open-source hardware. ## Industries - 🖥 Computers Electronics and Technology - 🎸 Hobbies and Leisure - 🖥 Social Networks and Online Communities _(under Computers Electronics and Technology)_ - 🎸 Crafts _(under Hobbies and Leisure)_ ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idocH4KqGX/w/495/h/256/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1790272367151) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Silver Chalice | #aaaaaa | accent | | Hawaiian Tan | #9c5119 | dark | | Jordy Blue | #6bbaef | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
