## Description

TGReiten® Akademie provides professional training for adults with horse experience who want to teach recreational riding with horse welfare at the centre. Founded by horsewoman, trainer and riding instructor Tatjana Götz, the academy draws on her experience in running a riding school and working independently. Its nine-month instructor programme combines nine in-person weekends with a separate examination weekend, blending equine knowledge, practical work and teaching methods. Students learn to prepare horses, assess situations and adapt lessons to both horse and rider. Topics include groundwork, communication, aids, sports education, lesson planning and the organisation of riding instruction. The training focuses on respectful, horse-centred teaching for beginners, returning riders and holiday guests, with individual guidance shaped around each participant’s experience and goals. The intended qualification is certified TGReiten® riding instructor; entry requirements and examination details are discussed personally. Prospective students can arrange a free introductory conversation to explore the programme and ask questions. The academy also offers a book, ongoing monthly support, online courses and a shop.
