## Description

Thapi is a trade platform built to help buyers and sellers in Nigeria complete product and service transactions with greater clarity and confidence. It brings agreements, protected payments, delivery updates and dispute information together in one shared order flow. Either party can create a private order link, then agree on the product or service, price, delivery terms and supporting evidence before payment is made. Product orders can record item condition, quantity, images and delivery details, while service orders can define scope, milestones, due dates and completion evidence. Once the buyer funds an accepted order, both parties can track its status. The seller becomes eligible for payout after delivery is recorded and the buyer accepts, subject to dispute or provider review. If there is a problem, either party can refer to the order terms and evidence through a structured dispute pathway. Thapi also uses identity and payout-account checks to support accountable transactions. Fees are shown before funding: buyers pay 2% and sellers pay 2.5%.
