## Description

That Paleo Couple is an engaging lifestyle brand founded in 2011 by Brent and Heather as a heartfelt accountability experiment. Initially born out of personal health challenges while navigating the pressures of graduate school and early adult life in Virginia, the blog has evolved into a go-to resource for paleo enthusiasts and health-conscious individuals.

The couple shares a wealth of knowledge through weekly paleo recipes, health tips, and engaging insights drawn from their own transformative experiences. Their journey toward better health led them to adopt the paleo and primal diets, which have significantly improved their well-being. Brent's triumphs over weight gain and Heather's relief from dairy-related issues demonstrate their commitment to health.

Now recognized in the paleo community, That Paleo Couple offers a comprehensive array of resources, including recipes for various dietary preferences such as Whole30, vegetarian, and a variety of meats. Their site not only serves as a personal blog but also features affiliate links that support its maintenance, inviting everyone to join their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
