Building Bridges Across the River is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the residents East of the Anacostia River in Washington, DC. With a mission to provide access to top-notch facilities, programs, and partnerships, they are committed to promoting equity in social, cultural, economic, and racial aspects. Founded in 1997, the organization realized its vision through the creation of a state-of-the-art campus known as the Town Hall Education Arts & Recreation Campus (THEARC).
