## Description

The Arkivist is a brand that aims to help individuals archive and organize their belongings using a personal mobile database. Since 2012, they have been dedicated to becoming the best online platform for keeping track of collections. However, they have discovered that many people are content with simply clicking I have this on other websites, without putting in the effort to properly archive their items. This lack of effort has allowed sites like Discogs to benefit from a free database without contributing any effort themselves. The Arkivist believes that proper archiving requires time and dedication, but unfortunately, after seven years, they have decided to close the site due to the expense of maintaining it. They will keep the site accessible for a few friends who continue to use it. The brand urges individuals to put effort into their lives and not let their belongings become meaningless. The Arkivist was created by Daniel Barassi and is protected by copyright.
