## Description

Théâtre de la Huchette is a Paris theatre located at 23 Rue de la Huchette in the city’s 5th arrondissement, near the Saint-Michel metro station. It welcomes audiences from Tuesday to Saturday and is especially known for staging Eugène Ionesco’s The Bald Soprano and The Lesson. Both productions are presented with English subtitles every Wednesday, and the theatre offers a special deal for visitors who attend both shows. Its programme also includes Walt, La folie Disney, a creation exploring the life and imagination of Walt Disney, as well as public readings organised throughout the year by the Friends of the Théâtre de la Huchette association. These readings, performed by company members, introduce audiences to unpublished plays and new writers. Visitors can book individual tickets or make group reservations, and a six-seat privilege card provides access to a reduced rate. The theatre also shares information about its history, company, events and current performers.
