## Description

The Becoming Project is a faith-rooted empowerment initiative for women and teens, grounded in the belief that each person has a God-given purpose. Guided by the biblical message of Jeremiah 1:5, the organization supports participants in rediscovering their identity, strengthening their well-being, and preparing to live with purpose. Its approach follows three stages: Believe, Build, and Become, combining encouragement, personal growth, and practical support.

The project offers four pathways: mental health support, career and professional development, life skills education, and sports therapy. These programs provide space for emotional healing and reflection, help participants identify their gifts and build professional skills, and teach practical tools such as financial literacy, communication, and leadership. Sports therapy and physical wellness support resilience, discipline, and a stronger connection between body and purpose. Community, mentorship, and intentional growth are central to the experience, and the programs are open to women and teens. The Becoming Project also hosts events and workshops, including women and teens retreats and an empowerment event, creating opportunities for participants to connect, learn, and take steps toward their goals.
