## Description

The Behaviour Institute is a Dublin-based provider of psychology and mental health education, founded by Dr. John Crimmins, a PhD-level psychotherapist with more than 25 years of clinical experience. The institute offers accredited online diploma courses and live, face-to-face CBT training, combining psychological theory with practical skills for professional settings. Its programmes are designed for psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, educators, coaches, mental health professionals, beginners and others seeking continuing professional development. Course subjects include cognitive behavioural therapy, positive psychology, sports psychology, counselling and psychotherapy, emotional intelligence, addiction psychology, mindfulness and other mental health disciplines. Training is self-paced and available online to students worldwide, with Dr. Crimmins providing personal tutoring, feedback and guidance. Learners develop knowledge and skills in understanding behaviour, psychological formulation, communication and therapeutic interventions. The institute states that it is accredited by the CPD Certification Service in London, and awards a diploma certificate for each course successfully completed. Most students complete a diploma within three to six months, though there is no fixed completion deadline.
