Blue Horizon Lodge is a charming lodge located in Big Bear Lake, CA. Established in the 1940s, it was originally built as a sanctuary for visitors seeking refuge from the summer heat in the surrounding cities. Throughout its history, the lodge has undergone several transformations and name changes, including Apache Lodge and Russian Village, before adopting its current name.

In December 2017, our family acquired the lodge, and since then, we have dedicated our efforts to renovating and modernizing the property. With a focus on preserving its rustic charm, we have made significant improvements such as installing tankless water heaters, upgrading the gas heater to central heat, and replacing carpets with water-resistant hardwood floors. Each cabin now boasts a newly furnished kitchen with quartz countertops.

The remodeling process was a collaborative endeavor, with help from the local community of Big Bear.
