## Description

The Big Sweet Tooth is a food and recipe blog created by Rafeeda, a Malabari living in the UAE who describes herself as a home cook with a love for sweets, chocolate, and chai. The site shares recipes inspired by South Indian Malabar traditions, broader Indian cooking, and Middle Eastern cuisine, alongside everyday family-friendly meal ideas. Its extensive recipe index covers vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, cakes and baking, desserts, drinks, snacks, soups, rice dishes, and sides. Readers can find practical recipes such as Instant Pot chicken biryani and carrot halwa, as well as regional specialties including Malabar desserts and Emirati dishes. Sweet treats are a particular focus, with cakes, puddings, chocolate desserts, and tea-time snacks featured alongside savory options like spiced chicken, paneer biryani, and baked potato wedges. The blog also offers meal-planning categories, a YouTube channel, popular recipe collections, and updates on new recipes. The Big Sweet Tooth serves as an approachable source of cooking inspiration, combining personal recipes, cultural flavors, and ideas for meals and treats throughout the day.
