## Description

The Brand Living Co. is an advisory firm specializing in branded residences across the Mediterranean and Latin America. It supports developers, investors and family offices with the decisions that shape a project before it exists, from testing its feasibility to selecting a suitable brand and structuring commercial agreements. Its services include assessing a location and development concept, comparing residential, tourism-focused or mixed-use formats, and evaluating co-located and standalone models. The firm also analyzes positioning, pricing potential and brand fit against comparable market projects.

Founded by Fran Marcé, whose background spans hotel operations, development and the hospitality sector, The Brand Living Co. draws on its own market intelligence system, TBL Intelligence. This specialized dataset tracks projects, brands, prices, operating models and market trends in the Mediterranean and Latin America to inform feasibility studies, brand and operator matching, and deal structuring. The company’s project portfolio includes urban branded residence work in Madrid and Barcelona.
