## Description

The Children's Bookshow is a charity on a mission to inspire children with a love of reading. They achieve this by curating a program of theatre events and in-school workshops, introducing children to world-class authors and illustrators. The Bookshow selects artists from diverse countries and cultures, exposing young people to the very best stories, poems, and illustrations from around the world. Through their annual theatre tour, they bring the magic of children's books to thousands of young readers across the country. With over 20 years of experience, The Children's Bookshow has grown from small beginnings in bookshops and libraries to programming 15 events in prestigious venues like The Old Vic in London. They have given away approximately 50,000 free books to children and schools, and have provided 30,000 children with free workshops in schools. By collaborating with teachers, the Bookshow enriches the educational experience and creates a lasting impact on young minds. Join The Children's Bookshow in celebrating their 20th anniversary and help them continue to change lives through the power of literature.
