# The Civic - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `thecivic.org` ## Description Ocala Civic Theatre is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) community theatre serving Ocala and North Central Florida. Based at the Appleton Cultural Center, the theatre presents live productions and offers tickets, season subscriptions, group sales, and event information through its calendar. Groups of 10 or more can access advance purchasing and ticket discounts, with additional benefits for larger groups.
