The Colosseum Gym is a combat sports and fitness centre in Utrecht, founded in 2010 with the aim of becoming the region’s leading kickboxing school. It welcomes professional athletes, beginners and recreational members, offering expert guidance from trainers certified by the Stichting Kickboks-en Mixed Martial Arts Opleidingen. Its classes include kickboxing, boxing, MMA, grappling, bag training, strength and circuit training, conditioning, kids’ sessions and Hyrox training. Members can also choose personal training, fitness assessments and health checks to support their progress and goals.

The gym’s facilities include three training rings, a large mat, 50 boxing bags, an MMA cage, dedicated spaces for personal and strength training, an in-house sports therapist, a health centre for body measurements and a sports bar. Beyond regular training, The Colosseum Gym hosts boxing and kickboxing clinics, group workshops, corporate team-building activities and other events, and offers venue hire and arrangements. With a focus on expert support and community, it serves as a place to train, connect and take part in combat sports and fitness at every level.
