The Community Partnership is a dedicated non-profit organization located in Rolla, Missouri, nestled in the beautiful foothills of the Ozarks. Serving several counties, the organization strives to meet the needs of a diverse range of community members. With a team of approximately 30 dedicated staff members, The Community Partnership offers a wide array of services and programs. For early childhood development, they provide the Capable Kids and Families® program, benefiting both children and families.

They also offer school-based programs, as well as research and results initiatives. Additionally, they have the CKF Center and Affiliates, which offer various resources. In terms of youth development, The Community Partnership has the PLUS 1 Program, focusing on mentoring, and the Chafee Independent Living Program, which equips those aging out of foster care with valuable skills.
