## Description

The Cooking Foodie is a brand dedicated to providing you with delicious and healthy recipes that you can easily make at home. One of their featured recipes is homemade hazelnut butter, which requires just one ingredient and a few minutes of your time. This hazelnut spread is not only healthy but also incredibly versatile, as you can use it in various recipes. To make this homemade hazelnut butter, you start by roasting raw hazelnuts in the oven until they are slightly browned and the skins are blistered. After allowing them to cool, you remove as much loose skin as possible before blending the hazelnuts with salt (optional) until smooth and creamy. The process may take around 5-15 minutes depending on your blender or food processor. Once the hazelnut butter is ready, you can transfer it to an airtight container or mason jar and store it in the refrigerator. The Cooking Foodie encourages you to share your cooking adventures by posting your creations on Instagram and tagging @thecookingfoodie. Discover the joy of making your own homemade hazelnut butter with The Cooking Foodie's easy-to-follow recipe.
