## Description

The Crafty Carny is the handmade goods and creative workshop of Mab, a sideshow artist, maker, and lifelong tinkerer based in Sterling, Virginia. Drawing on nearly three decades of experience in sideshow, circus, and community-built art, Mab creates small-batch objects inspired by curiosity, DIY culture, folk traditions, and storytelling. The brand’s work celebrates making and memory, with distinctive pieces that resist easy categorization.

Products include hands-on maker kits and tools, such as matchbox crankie kits, kumihimo cord-weaving fidget discs, circle loom kits, and DIY forest-silhouette lanterns. The collection also features stickers, mugs, buttons, pins, earrings, plant stakes, and other playful or expressive curios, including designs in a Pride collection. Items are handmade or crafted in small batches, and some are offered in limited quantities.

The Crafty Carny sells its products through an online shop and shares updates about new creations and events through its dispatches and social media. Its offerings make distinctive gifts for people who enjoy crafts, unusual art, and creative projects.
