## Description

The Den Martial Arts is a mixed martial arts gym serving the Kanata and Stittsville community in Ontario. Its mission is to build an inclusive, respectful community through martial arts, with coaching that welcomes beginners, experienced students, and people interested in competition. The gym offers Muay Thai kickboxing, Dutch-style kickboxing, and women’s-only classes, alongside youth programs such as The Cub Club. Members can also choose customized fitness training to support individual goals, attend special events, or explore the full class schedule and membership options.

The Den’s certified instructors draw on diverse training backgrounds and provide guidance focused on skill development, conditioning, confidence, and personal progress. The gym also supports competitive training through an adult fight team for ages 18 and up and a youth competitive team for ages 14 to 18. Its 1,500-square-foot facility is located at 214–65 Denzil Doyle Court in Kanata. The Den encourages prospective members to book a complimentary session and experience its classes and community.
