## Description

The Estranged Heart is a guidance and education practice focused on family estrangement, founded by Kreed Revere, an estrangement coach, mediator, educator, and podcast host. Drawing on her lived experience as both an estranged parent and adult child, and her later reconciliation in both roles, Kreed offers a nonjudgmental space for people navigating distance and conflict within families. The practice serves estranged parents, adult children, and families seeking support or mediation, without taking sides, assigning blame, or promising reconciliation. Its services include individual coaching, mediation, workshops, and speaking engagements for parenting groups, community organizations, and professional associations. Speaking and educational work addresses relational patterns that can contribute to estrangement and ways to respond differently. The Estranged Heart also provides free podcast episodes, a blog, and a newsletter featuring conversations, insights, and resources on family dynamics, communication, healing, and reconnection. A book titled Deconstructing Estrangement is announced as forthcoming. The brand’s approach emphasizes reflection, curiosity, and personal growth as people seek steadier footing and consider possible paths forward.
