## Description

The Fields Nursery School is a child-focused early years setting in the Abbey area of Cambridge. Its vision is to be an open and welcoming nursery at the heart of the community, where learning opportunities are accessible, affordable and enjoyable for young children. The school offers nursery places for children aged two to four and is committed to providing high-quality learning experiences that support their development. Its provision includes a nursery curriculum, learning and development activities, and a key-person approach. The Fields accepts 15 hours of free early years education for eligible two-year-olds and for all children aged three to four. Funded care and education is also available for working parents of children aged two to four, alongside paid care. The school was rated Good by Ofsted in 2024. Families can find information about applying, fees, additional hours, inclusion, meals, attendance and term dates through the school. The waiting list is open for September 2026.
