## Description

The Fish Shop is an independent aquarium retailer in Upminster, United Kingdom, established in 2022 by owners Ross and Kelli. Built around their enthusiasm for fishkeeping, the shop offers tropical fish, aquatic plants, aquarium supplies, tanks and distinctive, including handmade, ornaments. Customers can also find aquascaping materials and deals on plant bundles, guppies and mollies, and frozen fish food. The team welcomes enquiries about products not currently in store and can discuss made-to-order tanks and delivery requests.

Alongside retail, The Fish Shop provides tailored tank maintenance, with services that can include filter cleaning, water changes, gravel or sand cleaning, water clarification and glass cleaning. It also offers aquarium setup help, whether customers are starting a new system or relocating an existing tank, as well as advice on aquascaping designs. Maintenance and setup are arranged through enquiries, with prices depending on the job and tank requirements. The owners draw on practical fishkeeping experience to guide customers, and the business shares updates and videos on social media.
