Comprised of passionate Star Wars fans, this organization promotes the creation and wearing of high-quality costumes inspired by iconic characters. Members actively engage in Star Wars-themed events, donning their costumes not only for personal enjoyment but also for charitable endeavors within their communities, exemplifying their commitment to volunteerism and giving back.

While the 501st Legion is not directly affiliated with Lucasfilm Ltd., it is recognized as the preferred Imperial costuming group by the company.
