## Description

The Forest Map is an interactive guide for players exploring The Forest, bringing key locations and discoverable items together in one place. Its map can display markers for landmarks and useful sites, including the plane, the yacht, caves, campsites, a big tree, and the geese lake. Players can also locate resources and supplies such as food, drink, medicine, clothing, tools, weapons, crafting materials, and collectibles. Categories cover animals and native camps, as well as cannibals and mutants, whose types and spawn locations may vary.

The site offers controls to toggle the sidebar and navigation, filter markers, adjust labels and icons, and search for locations. Users can save settings, generate a link to share their selected markers, and check their in-game position by entering coordinates. An optional in-game map mod, developed in collaboration with Souldrinker for ModAPI, can be opened and closed with a key and supports mouse-based movement and zoom. Installation guidance and a download are provided, alongside screenshots, crafting recipes, a wiki, and other reference sections.
