## Description

Francesca Martina is a partnerships and ecosystem-growth professional working across longevity biotech, digital health, decentralized science (DeSci), blockchain, zero-knowledge systems, and emerging technology. With more than eight years of experience, she helps companies, founders, and research organizations turn early conversations and opportunities into structured collaborations and practical execution. Her work includes identifying strategic partners, aligning stakeholders, shaping collaboration models, and translating priorities between engineering, product, research, legal, compliance, and business teams. She also brings a data-driven, behavior-first perspective, considering incentives, decision-making, and the factors that influence adoption.

Her selected projects include leading 28 partnerships across a growing zero-knowledge ecosystem, supporting a longevity biotech launch, developing a DeSci education program, and organizing events that brought together scientists, technology founders, investors, and communities. She founded More Women in Crypto, which grew to more than 600 participants across 50-plus events in three countries. Martina offers consulting and partnership support, contributes strategic writing on technology and human systems, and is open to joining a team focused on partnerships and ecosystem growth.
