## Description

Futer is an independent project focused on making amateur football easier to find, organize, and enjoy. Currently in an active pilot in Barcelona, the platform helps players discover nearby matches, choose a date, area, and format, and reserve a place in just a few taps. It is free for players and requires no app download.

Futer gives players a sporting profile that records match history, results, position, and a dynamic ELO rating. Wins and other results affect their rating and progress through five levels, from Barrio to Champions, helping build a reputation within the local football community. The platform also aims to create fairer matches through teams balanced by ELO.

For organizers, Futer offers match management tools including automatic waiting lists, team generation, and score and statistics tracking, which updates players’ ratings. Integrated payments are planned. Players can also create crews, manage their rosters, challenge other teams, and organize internal cups. Futer describes itself as a passion-led independent project and invites supporters to contribute through Ko-fi.
