## Description

The Harbour Gallery, located in the picturesque village of Portscatho, is a vibrant art destination showcasing an impressive variety of works from both local Cornish artists and international talent. Founded by Mark David Hatwood, a multi-talented artist and former musician, the gallery has evolved into a celebrated space for creativity since its acquisition in 2012. With a remarkable growth of 500% in turnover within four years, The Harbour Gallery has built strong partnerships with luxury hotels and is known for exhibiting over 35 artists. Visitors can explore a diverse array of art forms, encompassing paintings, photography, and sculptures that capture the essence of Cornwall and beyond. In 2018, Mark expanded the gallery's presence with an online-only platform, BritishContemporary.art, fostering a wider audience for artists without the limitations of geography. This initiative has since led to the launch of additional platforms like AmericanContemporary.art and EuropeanContemporary.art. The Harbour Gallery not only provides a portal for art enthusiasts but also contributes to the evolving dialogue between artists and galleries in the digital age.
