Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) have played a crucial role in providing education to Black students, with 25% of Black Americans graduating from HBCUs. Additionally, The HBCU Career Center conducts surveys to understand the state of staffing, resources, structure, and services at HBCU career centers, as well as employer relationships with these centers. Founded by Dr. Marcia Robinson, an award-winning HR and leadership expert, The HBCU Career Center aims to diversify and improve organizations and BIPOC talent and communities by forging partnerships between HBCUs and corporations. Dr. Robinson has extensive experience across various sectors and is a recognized figure in the field. Her goal is to engage and develop America's diverse workforce and empower successful graduates to be ambassadors for the HBCU mission.
