## Description

The Healthy Patch is a nutrition and gardening brand founded by Anth and Crystal, two self-described nutrition enthusiasts who help people support their wellbeing through organic wholefoods and growing nutrient-dense food at home. Its approach brings together practical nutrition guidance, home food growing and inspiration for healthier everyday living.

The brand shares recipes, including healthier takes on familiar favourites, alongside articles on superfoods that can be grown at home and Australia-wide edible planting guides. Visitors can also explore the Harvest Club, learn about rock minerals through the site’s FAQ, and access information about the THPF Program. The website offers subscriber emails featuring exclusive content, ebooks, recipes and nutrition tips, as well as delivery and privacy information.

With a focus on making healthy choices accessible and connected to nature, The Healthy Patch provides resources for people seeking ideas for nourishing food and growing their own produce. Its blog and educational content are designed to offer useful, fuss-free inspiration for building healthier habits.
