## Description

The Herbivorous Butcher is a brand that specializes in deliciously deceiving meat-free meats and cheese-free cheeses. Founded by sister and brother duo Aubry and Kale Walch, who have spent years perfecting their plant-based alternatives, the brand offers a range of products that are both flavorful and protein-rich. Inspired by their Guamanian heritage and a passion for culinary cultures from around the world, Aubry and Kale have created meat-free alternatives for the foods they grew up with. With a mission to promote ethical and healthy eating, The Herbivorous Butcher aims to provide small-batch, fresh, and sustainable alternatives to conventional meat products. By reducing the consumption of animal products, the brand is not only making a positive impact on animal welfare but also addressing the urgent need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and protect the environment. In addition to their shop in Minneapolis, the brand also operates a non-profit farm sanctuary, Herbivorous Acres, and a #AllVeganEverything fried chicken shop called Herbie Butcher's Fried Chicken. The Herbivorous Butcher is committed to changing the world one meal at a time.
