The Hive, also known as Wirral Youth Zone, is a purpose-built facility for young people aged 8 to 19 (and up to 25 for those with disabilities). Located in the heart of Birkenhead, The Hive offers a safe environment for young people to come together, have fun, and raise their aspirations. For just £5 for an annual membership and 50p per visit, members gain access to fantastic facilities, including a climbing wall, boxing gym, music suite, salon, art room, rooftop football pitch, and sensory room.

Qualified youth workers are on hand to support young people with a range of issues, from mental health to finding work. Becoming a member of The Hive opens doors to numerous opportunities, such as sailing on Tall Ships and gaining work experience with partner organizations.
