## Description

The Human Link is a psychological support and training organization based in Berchem, Belgium. It helps individuals address difficulties that affect their wellbeing and ability to function, using behavioral therapy and first-line psychological care. Its psychologists focus particularly on stress and burnout, anxiety, and trauma, including post-traumatic stress symptoms. Support is generally short-term and focused on clients’ concerns, with people actively involved in their own progress. Therapists work with clients to understand their difficulties and possible causes, then develop an approach suited to their needs and aimed at lasting results. Where appropriate, care may include virtual reality, and the organization considers collaboration with a client’s GP and relevant people in their personal context. Individual services include therapy, group therapy, and support for fear of flying, as well as guidance related to career concerns. The Human Link also provides tailored services and training for businesses, teams, healthcare providers, and public-sector projects, covering topics such as workplace wellbeing, stress, anxiety, and culturally sensitive care.
