Inno Community Development Organisation focuses on workplaces and their extended communities, addressing new community issues and public health through projects such as the Handshake Worker Hotline, Home·Family Project, Balance Works, Indomitable Seed Plan, and Workplace Epidemic Plan. They also work towards public health goals, aiming to raise awareness and prevent infection of hepatitis and tuberculosis, while eliminating misconceptions and discrimination.

In collaboration with the community, they have made a sustainable impact with over 29,480 cases, reaching over 3,000,000 people through multi-channel communication. Inno is committed to gender equality, with more than 60% of their efforts dedicated to empowering women and girls. They have partnered with 90+ brands and facilitated dialogue among 1000+ workplaces.
