## Description

The Invisible Me Warriors is a patient-led non-profit organization founded in 2018 to support those with chronic illnesses, autoimmune conditions, rare diseases, and disabilities in Palm Beach County. Dedicated to empowering the "SPOONIE" community, we offer advocacy, support, and tools tailored to their unique needs. Our team of licensed social workers, disability coordinators, and patient advocates provide resources to benefit SPOONIES, their families, and caregivers. Our mission is to help SPOONIES live better lives by offering access to the best care, education, and resources available. Through emotional support, educational tools, and advocacy, we aim to alleviate the stress associated with chronic illness, rare diseases, and disabilities. Join us in supporting this vital cause and ensuring that all spoonies in our community receive the care and resources they deserve.
