## Description

Jay Roberts is a sales leader, recruiter, and team builder based in Jacksonville, Florida. Drawing on ten years of door-to-door sales experience, he shares his approach to selling, managing teams, and building financial discipline while recruiting for Vivint’s 2027 sales season. His site invites prospective team members to book a 15-minute call, which also serves as their Vivint application.

The opportunity centers on selling Vivint home security and smart-home products to homeowners through in-person presentations. Roberts describes the role as commission-based, with uncapped earning potential and training in communication, resilience, and self-management. He says he continues to sell and coach in the field, and encourages team members to save and invest what they earn. The main recruiting focus is Jacksonville, with applicants from elsewhere considered based on their work ethic.

The site also introduces Vivint as an NRG company and highlights its home-security offerings, customer base, and industry awards. Alongside recruiting information, Roberts shares his career and income history, speaking experience, testimonials, and book, I Wish You the Worst.
