The Journey Before Us is a coaching and support practice founded by Laura Dusha Nelson, a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. It offers a welcoming space for people navigating life transitions, seeking changes in their well-being, living with grief, or considering what lies ahead. Services include integrative health and wellness coaching, grief support and education, end-of-life doula support, death literacy conversations, planning ahead and legacy exploration, and companion animal end-of-life support. Laura’s approach centers on listening, curiosity, and helping each person discover what matters most, rather than prescribing a path. Support is available through virtual sessions anywhere and in-person conversations in Central Massachusetts. The Journey Before Us serves people who may be facing loss or uncertainty, helping a loved one, organizing future wishes, or simply wondering what comes next. A complimentary 30-minute Zoom conversation gives prospective clients a chance to meet Laura and consider whether working together feels right.
