## Description

JP League is the official basketball league for Jackson Park in Long Island City, Queens, bringing residents together through organized adult basketball. What began as resident pickup games has grown into seasonal competition, local rivalries, events, and friendships that extend beyond the court. The league runs Fall and Spring seasons, with games on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at The Wright Fit Club in Jackson Park.

JP League combines competitive play with a professional game-day experience. Games are officiated by live referees, while AI-powered box scores record player statistics, including points, assists, and rebounds. Highlight videos capture plays from every game, giving participants moments to share and a record of their performance. Players can follow standings, revisit highlights, and build profiles across seasons.

More than a basketball competition, JP League is designed to foster a welcoming community among Jackson Park residents. Its organizers describe the league as a family built around shared games and community connection.
