## Description

Lazy 5 Ranch is a family-focused drive-through zoo and animal park located in Mooresville, North Carolina. Visitors can explore a 3½-mile trail in their own vehicle, encounter exotic and domestic animals up close, and purchase feed buckets to feed them from the car. The ranch also offers a walk-through petting zoo, where guests can see animals on foot, and guided horse-drawn wagon rides that include admission and animal feed. Its animal collection spans species such as antelope, birds, cattle, deer, elk, equines, giraffes, ratites, sheep, goats, and other exotic animals.

Lazy 5 Ranch welcomes families, school groups, and other visitors, offering educational field trips with hands-on opportunities to learn about animal habitats and reproduction. Groups can arrange visits, and the covered picnic shelter is available for gatherings and special events. Seasonal programming includes an Easter celebration and a fall festival with pumpkin picking, games, and activities. The ranch is generally open daily, weather permitting, and provides a playground, picnic area, gift shop, and restrooms.
