## Description

The Learning Awards is an international awards programme recognising innovation and achievement in workplace learning. Owned and operated by the Learning and Performance Institute, it has been running since 1996 and evolves its categories to reflect emerging technologies, industry developments and changing people skills. The programme celebrates the accomplishments of individuals and organisations across the learning and development sector, drawing entries from around the world. Its global reach is reflected in participation from dozens of countries and social media announcements reaching more than two million timelines. The awards are judged through online conferences and culminate in a ceremony at JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London.
