## Description

The Learning Curve Institute (LCI) provides specialist training in mental health, addiction and best practice in the workplace. It works with organisations, teams and individuals, offering corporate training as well as courses for health and social care professionals. Its training topics include mental health support, addiction and practical skills for working with people and teams.

LCI offers both scheduled upcoming courses and bespoke programmes designed around an organisation’s needs. The institute’s trainers draw on subject expertise to adapt course content to participants and workplace settings. According to client feedback, training is planned and delivered professionally, with an emphasis on relevant knowledge, practical guidance and building confidence. Programmes can help staff better manage their own mental health, support colleagues who may be distressed, and contribute more effectively in their roles. Clients also describe the sessions as engaging and thought-provoking, and report that the learning can benefit both individual staff members and their wider services.
