## Description

The Loma Club is a historic San Diego golf course that offers a unique blend of tradition and modern amenities. Dating back to the early 1900s, this course was originally part of the historic San Diego Country Club and later merged with A.G. Spalding's Point Loma Golf Club in 1914. Over a century old, The Loma Club has become a San Diego landmark and is located in the Naval Training Center, now known as Liberty Station. The course has a rich history, having been used for physical fitness and recruit training by the Navy in the 1920s, with golf legend Sam Snead serving as the head Golf Professional during his time in the Navy. Throughout the years, the club has attracted top talent such as Craig Stadler and Phil Mickelson for Junior Golf Tournaments. Under the guidance of renowned San Diego architect Cary Bickler, The Loma Club boasts state-of-the-art fairways, greens, and practice facilities. With its beautiful course and fantastic indoor/outdoor event space, it is the perfect venue for private events, tournaments, weddings, birthdays, and more.
