The Madden DeLuca Foundation is a family-led charitable organization created to honour Madden DeLuca, who died at 12 weeks old from heart complications while in the pediatric intensive care unit at Stollery Children’s Hospital. Founded by his parents, Carly and Rocky DeLuca, the foundation seeks to carry on Madden’s legacy by supporting children with serious heart conditions and the families who care for them.

Its mission is to fund life-changing pediatric cardiac research and provide financial assistance and emotional comfort to families of critically ill children. The foundation supports cardiac research and clinical fellowships, including work in pediatric cardiac intensive care.
