## Description

The McDavid Group Charities is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting the families of law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty. Its work centers on helping surviving children and spouses pursue education and navigate the challenges of loss. The charity provides scholarships, counseling, and hands-on programs designed to help families move forward and thrive. Since 2016, it reports awarding $1,225,000 in scholarships and investing $1,005,000 in counseling and hands-on programs, while serving a nationwide community of survivors.

The organization also works to raise awareness of fallen officers and the needs of their families. Its long-term goal is to endow $25 million for its America’s Heroes Scholarship Fund over the next decade, helping reduce financial barriers to higher education. Supporters can contribute through donations, volunteering, and family referrals. The charity also hosts Golf for COPS events, including a gala and Pro-Am, along with related gatherings and fundraising activities. Donations are tax deductible, and the organization lists its office in Tequesta, Florida.
