## Description

THEMIIS is an independent French company founded in 2015 to support states and institutions in security, defence and economic development initiatives. Its work is guided by a focus on national sovereignty and an inclusive, collaborative approach, shaped around the needs of the people and organisations its programmes serve. THEMIIS works with governments and regional and international institutions through three main areas: training, strategic consulting, and the design and management of security-and-development projects. Its expertise brings together these fields to help clients address strategic priorities and advance their programmes. The company’s leadership combines experience in military operations, international relations, political science, economic intelligence, strategy and international project management. This background informs its work across security-sector reform, disarmament, demobilisation and reintegration, as well as broader strategic planning and project support. Through its training and advisory services, THEMIIS aims to provide practical assistance tailored to each context, helping institutions develop and implement initiatives that connect security, defence and development objectives.
