Naturally leavened sourdoughs are slowly fermented, hand-shaped and baked for distinctive flavour and texture. The range includes Signature White Sourdough, Mauchline Crunch with wholemeal flour and malted wheat flakes, and Mauchline Rye with pumpkin seeds and dark rye. Other bakes include a traditional French-style baguette, overnight-fermented Pain Rustique, and Sophie’s moist ginger cake. The baguette and Pain Rustique use baker’s yeast rather than sourdough. The Mindful Loaf bakes for Saturday collection each week. Customers can order online and pay by bank transfer, or enquire through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or email.
