## Description

The Mummy PT is a pregnancy and postnatal fitness service run by Sarah, a qualified trainer with more than 11 years of teaching experience. Based in St Albans, Sarah supports women through pregnancy, childbirth recovery and the return to exercise, drawing on both specialist training and her own experience as a mother of two. Her expertise includes exercise during IVF treatment, caesarean recovery, diastasis recti and pelvic health.

Services include personalised pre- and postnatal training, women’s personal training, postnatal assessments known as the Postnatal MOT, and tailored fitness plans. Sarah also offers Buggy Fit, mum-and-baby exercise sessions, indoor boxercise and private group classes in St Albans, Harpenden and surrounding Hertfordshire areas. Mobile personal training is available at home or in local parks, with flexible sessions designed around clients’ schedules. Nutrition coaching and meal plans are also offered.

The Mummy PT aims to make fitness accessible and supportive, helping women build strength and confidence at their own pace while connecting with other mums through group classes.
